This year's event is packed with exciting experiences and offerings that you won't want to miss. Here's what you can expect: 

Special Guest Speaker: Former NFL star Cliff Avril will be joining us at lunchtime! From 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Cliff will share his inspiring connection to our mission and motivate us all to push ourselves towards making a difference. 

Champions & Red Riders Tent: Our champions can indulge in complimentary massages at the Champions Tent! Take a moment to relax and rejuvenate as a special thank you for your incredible support. 

Delicious Lunch: Enjoy a delightful Mediterranean lunch served by the Yummy Gyros food truck. Fuel up and savor the flavors as you connect with fellow participants. 

Beer Garden: For those who enjoy a refreshing beverage, stop by our Beer Garden where Fremont Brewing is providing complimentary beer and other beverages. Celebrate your accomplishments and enjoy the festive atmosphere! 

Free A1C Testing: Rainier Research is offering free A1C testing on event day. Take advantage of this opportunity to monitor your health and receive important feedback. 

Try out a RAD Power Bike: RAD Power Bikes is joining us to conduct test rides on their class 2 E-bikes! Come take em for a spin!  

Take Flight Fundraising Incentive: The participant who raises the most funds between April 17th and June 4th will receive two complimentary round-trip Alaska Airlines tickets. It's a fantastic incentive to push your fundraising efforts further! 

As a reminder, there is a minimum fundraising requirement of $250 to ride on the day of the event. Thank you for your hard work in reaching this goal and making a difference in the fight against diabetes.

Route Start Times

Your check-in time depends on the route you choose to ride. 

100 Mile

Challenge yourself with the PNW Tour de Cure's premier century route. This route tests riders with a significant elevation gain on the second half of the ride, offering thrilling landscapes from dense forests to urban vistas, perfect for seasoned cyclists. Enjoy the views along Lake Sammamish.

68 Mile

This course carves through the heart of Redmond, WA. Cyclists will enjoy a varied landscape featuring, with climbs that are challenging yet manageable, making this ride a great choice for intermediate and advanced riders alike. 

33 Mile

This route guides riders along the scenic paths of the Sammamish River and around Lake Sammamish. With manageable elevation gains, it includes paved paths, ideal for those interested in enjoying serene water views and vibrant local wildlife. 

11 Mile

The 11-mile loop is an inviting introduction to the PNW Tour de Cure; offering a gentle ride around Redmond, WA, with a minimal elevation change. This route is predominantly flat, traversing local parks and residential areas - perfect for families, beginners, or anyone looking for a short, relaxing cycle.

Elevate your fundraising and win prizes along the way.

Raise $1,000 by Feb 29th at midnight and roll into Tour as a CHAMPION! Participants who reach Champion status this month will receive limited edition Tour De Cure socks!

General packet pick-up details

Your TDC packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $250 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

Please pick up your packet at the registration tent on the day of the event: May 4th, Marymoor Park at the Registration Check In.

Who can pick up a packet?

Riders may only pickup their own packets as they must sign that they've received it. If you are picking up for another member of your team, you must email TDC Staff in advance.
